Recently I've had the displeasure of corresponding via email with several new car dealers. The results were rather astounding and quite frankly a pathetic excuse for business correspondence.

Perhaps I should offer my services to explain such inane concepts as email threads, NOT SCREAMING, reading the mail contents and perhaps even proper quoting?

Sadly I don't think it would do any good.
