Seems the Clemcode people have a lot of 'fans'

Search around, I'll not go into details but they have a 'fan' who accuses them of stalking and blackmail. Google around and you'll find lots of interesting stuff.

Jeremy Clemons of Clemcode homophobic?

So one of the ClemCode.com people (likely Jeremy) wrote via my website. Probably thinks he can hide behind the form, ignoring that I have his IP address. Sounds like a 12 year old homophobe. I'll let my readers decide. Read more, but be warned he can't express himself properly without using expletives, I have cut them out but you'll get the idea.

Geek in a Box Review

I would have never bothered to review this software, has it not been for this: How not to assert trademark infringement (content/view/32/26/)I just took a look at their 'geek in a box' product, how lame can you be? This product doesn't do anything that you can't do without it. It's just a bad UI interface to various things in windows. The fact that they spammed it to every download service on the net speaks ill of their intentions.

So the other day I get this email from a moron at Clemcode (continue reading and you'll see why he's a moron):

Tripplite 1500 monitoring software and Vista 64

I though I'd pass this along, the solution was courtesy EvilHomorClone (thanks!). First step is to download the following from TrippLite: PowerAlert30Vista.exe (http://www.tripplite.com/shared/software\Application\PowerAlert30Vista.exe)Right click the file and select Properties, click on the compatability tab, check the 'run this program in compatability mode for: checkbox and select Windows Server 2003 Sp1 . Press OK.You'll need to make sure you have a Java Runtime properly installed prior to executing the installer. I installed one from SUN, just search online and you'll fine it.For me the program installed perfectly, EvilHomerClone had to manually select the Java executable.
