First step is to download the following from TrippLite: PowerAlert30Vista.exe (http://www.tripplite.com/shared/software\Application\PowerAlert30Vista.exe)Right click the file and select Properties, click on the compatability tab, check the 'run this program in compatability mode for: checkbox and select Windows Server 2003 Sp1 . Press OK.You'll need to make sure you have a Java Runtime properly installed prior to executing the installer. I installed one from SUN, just search online and you'll fine it.For me the program installed perfectly, EvilHomerClone had to manually select the Java executable.
